I've boughten paint here a few times with good service, but this guy Dan took it to the next level. They didn't have the color name I wanted and he drove to Lowes to grab the sample, mixed it, and delivered it to my house on his one time. Thanks for doing the work Dan!"

"SUPER DISAPPOINTED!! Went in there yesterday for the first time to pick out colors to paint our house this weekend and was greeted by Jeanie! She was wonderful. She was patient and kind and very helpful. She was eager to HELP and WANTED to help. She seemed to enjoy her job very much. We took several samples home and I brought a few colors back today to get some actual paint samples made so I can see what they look like on the house before we buy 5 gallons worth. I want to really make sure I like the color. Well after I was at the hospital with my daughter today we stopped up there and was greeted by some man that was very unfriendly and was not very helpful at all. He actually just stood there while I was struggling trying to find a matching color and when I asked him questions he seemed really annoyed and was very condescending. I walked out. I could not believe the day and night service I had in just one day! Jeanie is such a great asset to your company but I didn’t get that mans name but I don’t know if it mattered but your store lost at least $300 bc of this guy. We would of came back to buy more paint when we did the inside considering we just bought this house. I ended up going over to Sherwin-Williams and they were nice and polite and got me the samples I needed. I later did remember that Jeanie did tell me if I came back today she was going to be gone for a while for a appt. Totally forgot about it. If you see this Jeanie I’m sorry that I came back while you were gone and Thank you for being so amazing yesterday and Thank you for your prayers for my daughter and her brain disorder. I won’t forget your kindness but I won’t be back bc of that guy. I got too much going on to be treated like that and there are WAY too many choices."
