"Edit: This Office Depot closed, which I hate because it was really convenient, but at the new one, I never have to look for someone to help me. In fact, they greet me when I walk in the door. It took a while for me to find an employee who is willing to be helpful but when I did he was really nice. It would be great of the store would train all of its employees to just have a basic courtesy when they are out on the floor with customers."

"This Office Depot offers FedEx shipping and advertises it with the big FedEx sign in the front window but the Office Depot employees don't know how to scan an item in. So they really don't offer FedEx shipping here. I had a package that just needed to be scanned in and I was turned away because no employee in the store knew how to do it."
