"Sams is a great place. Not just for one, but when you have more than just one living in your home, including roommates, the savings can add up, especially rebates. If there was only a notice of when something that is really popular gets pulled off the shelf and no longer going to be sold, that would be nice. Most of the time, you go to the location, and what you bought last time has been removed, or even been moved to different location..lol."

"I have a Sam's club Plus account. My wife (my shared cardholder) got accosted at checkout and told "figure out your card next time" despite the fact that #1 she provided all the information required including barcode and #2 the email she received when I added her as a card holder directs her to create a new account for $50, and every time we choose the other option to use the ID # to identify her account it comes back negative. There was literally no option to create an account for her with the ID we already have which means she can't log in to the app for our purchases. So to have that happen on top of all of that, including getting accosted (yes again) last week to upgrade my membership by an employee at checkout, I'm over it. This is not a good experience. We're done."

"This is directly for the tire department. All are unprofessional. No name tags. Didn’t introduce themselves. Ordered my tires 11/17 and they said they were going to call me when they arrived. After thanksgiving I called and said they had arrived 11/20… why tell me you are going to call if you aren’t??? The guy says you can walk in Thurs, Fri or Saturdays those are less busy. Drop your car off and we’ll call you when it’s ready they said. Well I did that today and they denied me that. It was early in the morning. No cars were in their garages. They had 8 guys working back there. They said the tires arrived just the other day??? That’s a lie. He called Apple Valley Sam’s club and spoke to their manager and says I could go there and they can take me as a walk in. So I go there and THEY SAID NO. This was overall the worse customer service I had at the Eagan location. Don’t tell customers you will call when the item you ordered will arrive. And don’t say you take walk in WHEN YOU CLEARLY DONT."

"Had a product issue, but customer service took care of it very well. No cream of chicken soup, or Citrical calcium pills, but had everything else on my list, and then some. Good place to shop."

"It is alarming how often we get half & half that is completely curdled. This is like the 5th time. I’m no longer buying any dairy products there because it is very clear to me that they are using unsafe practices when it comes to keeping the perishable dairy products cold. I bought this 3 days ago. Just opened it. I wish I could post a video that shows the rotten curdled thick goo glopping out of this container. They really should get some kind of inspection from the public health officials."
