So she just hands me a bag to put all the stuff just bought to put into. And walks off. It's 9:18pm and it happened a few mins ago. Unbelievable. Trash."

"The car wash spinner things were pressing really hard against the sides of my midsized SUV and ripped the driver's side mirror off. The older woman, when she finally set down her cell phone to help me, had an attitude like she didn't want to deal with me. She commented that a repair guy just got done working on the car wash. She took my contact info and said someone would contact me. Nothing. I called a week later, spent and hour on the phone (30 minutes in queue) and had a case number created. I was told someone would reach out to me within 3 days. I am typing this review a week later and haven't heard from anyone yet. I don't want to spend another hour on the phone listening to hold music and recorded messages. I've owned my vehicle for 12 years and hundreds of car washes without incident. First time at this car wash and this happened. If Speedway cared anything about loyal customers they would've contacted me by now. Edit: I just received very short a letter in the mail saying Speedway will not assume any responsibilities for my damages. Then it thanked me for being a valued customer. Wow. Just wow. No more will I be a customer at the s*** show off a chain store franchise. You suck, Speedway! You've lost my business, as there are many alternatives for me to purchase my fuel and other needs."
