"3rd time I’ve gone there and had to move between pumps because they weren’t functioning. Either the card reader wouldn’t work and on two occasions the touch screen was locked up, the staff doesn’t seem to want to mark them as out of order. Anyway … it’s a gas station my expectations were simple."

"I was a frequent visitor of this store and to the car wash as it is very convenient to work. One day this past March, upon entering for my ~weekly wash, I encountered an issue with the overhead spinning brush. Something was clearly lodged in the brush and with every revolution it would hit my car, starting at the hood, working its way across the top and the back of the car as my car progressed along the conveyor. I could clearly tell the wash was damaging my car, but I was simply along for the ride. Upon exiting the wash I got out, confined damage and spoke with the manager on duty. The manager was very apologetic, took a bunch of pictures of the 10 or so dents across my hood and said he'd escalate it to the corporate team. I left feeling good about the response from the manager and escalation process. I felt comfortable that there'd be resolution to fix my one-year-old car, that besides the car wash damage was otherwise in near showroom shape. Unfortunately, my encounters with the corporate folks at Circle K (parent company) have been horrible. Really non-existent.. Someone did reach out that following week and I promptly provided the information requested. From there it's been nothing but crickets. After following up a few times I did a response that "they were very busy," which I can understand. But, that's the last I've heard from anyone after following up multiple times. I'm pretty sure I'll never hear back, which is a shame. I used to frequent various Holiday stores multiple times a week. I've had good experiences with the folks at this store, so this review is not an indication of bad service there. Rather, it's the lack of interest from the corporate damage department that's left a sour taste in my mouth."

"Their pumps mostly don't work. You pull the handle to start, and if you try and fill at normal speed, it trips and turns off. I tried 3 different pumps before I found one that actually worked. Use pump 7 I guess"
