"This place SUCKS. Trailer from shipper was released late causing me to be late, by about 4 hours. It was a straight shot 400 mile load, that I ran in less than 6 hours, 3 and 1/2 pallets. When I arrive there is at least 10 open doors, but I am informed that "the dock is full and I can't get you in for TWO DAYS" Word, TWO DAYS to take 3 1/2 stinking pallets off of my truck?!? Your provider was late so you're going to punish me by taking TWO DAYS of work away from me for 3 1/2 pallets?!? I will NEVER NEVER NEVER deliver here again. I tried to do a Tyson buddy a favor bringing it in the first place. NEVER AGAIN. And shame on you all for delaying me 2 days over 3 1/2 pallets. If fuel wasn't so expensive I'd take the whole thing back."

"Very nice people here. I had an 8:30 appointment and arrived at 7:30. Very busy place. Office is near the corner where the two sets of docks come together. Checked in and got a door. Gave paperwork to lumper. Unloaded and left in about an hour."

"I delivered here the day after Christmas. There were several issues with the lumper concerning product count. I was sent the text saying my bills were ready only for me to be standing inside waiting for about an hour and still no bills. Isaiah, one of the people working in the office apologized several times and did his best to keep me informed as to what was going on. With his last update, he told me they were trying to get things finished as quickly as possible. I asked if he could call me when they were ready as I was really running out of patience and it was beginning to show. He told me yes. Isaiah did not call me; he personally walked my bills out to me. While this may seem minor, it really made my day. It was a small gesture that let me know he cared. Waiting is par for the course when it comes to trucking, so I won’t say this was a bad experience. Trying, maybe. But Isaiah managed to turn all that around with his kind gesture. I truly appreciate that."
