"Cool place, but customer service and care for customer experience overall is trash. - On one occasion it was still about half an hour until when the bald guy said they closed, but for some reason he had to confiscate my beer, that I paid for and was in the middle of drinking, because it was apparently after legal drinking hours…never heard of such… - On one occasion I tried to bring my 18y/o sister inside with me after the St. Patrick’s Day parade, as she rode with me to the parade, and they said she couldn’t even come inside the building? So I had to leave… - On another and the final occasion I had here, me and my buddy (who’s actually a well revered commercial contractor in town) couldn’t even get a table to play on or a spot to sit at that wasn’t getting dripped on from the ceiling. He offered to help them with getting their problem resolved but no one even seemed interested in anything other than cleaning up the puddles. There’s plenty of good pool halls in town, I hate that I won’t be coming back to this one again…"

".This was my home but the owner has severe temper issues. I've seen her start fights with people on multiple occasions, and I've heard multiple customers complain to staff about how the owner treated them. I've always defended the owner, even though I knew they were right. Tonight she turned on me because her drunk friend attacked my crippled fiancé and I defended him. She needs to get her temper under control and start treating people fairly before she attempts to run a public place, and this is coming from someone who considered her a friend. And I need to stop ignoring obvious red flags."

"The owner literally doesn’t do anything when the customers get violent (unless it’s violence against her or her close friends). My fiancé and I are both disabled and we were threatened violently by another customer and the owner did nothing until my fiancé stood up for herself and twisted it into my fiancé causing problems. This is one of the worst bars I’ve ever been to. Which is sad because I actually use to love going here."

"Our favorite place to go play pool n grab a drink or two. The bartenders are just awesome. The burgers are big & the drinks are spot on."
