"It says open until 10pm but I'll go before then and it's closed which is frustrating. Most of the cashiers are nice but some of them don't even say a thing to me which is awkward. I feel like it has less hot foods compared to other ones."
"None of the pumps print receipts and haven't for years. Owner refuses to have them fixed despite it being complained about regularly. Absolutely no pride in ownership or care for customers, as evident by the inside and outside of the station. Ive used this station for years to fuel everything for my business, but now I avoid going here as much as I can. Worst gas station in town. A message to the owner, if you aren't willing to run a clean and functioning gas station you should sell the business to someone who will. I will change this review when you fix your pumps."
"Usually they have great service. But last time I went, I didn't get my exact change back. Dude, for real, do your job."
"I shop here frequently. On a recent visit, the bottles of pop I wanted to buy were all sticky. I pointed it out to the young woman working the counter and she offered to wash them off for me. You don't see that kind of fantastic service much these days. I returned today to buy more. Again (still) the bottles in the cooler were sticky. I pointed that out to the people working the counter (not the same employee as my previous visit). He explained sometimes a bottle might explode in the delivery truck; she suggested I wash them off when I get home. Both comments are reasonable. The service bar had been set pretty high on my previous visit, so I didn't expect much more than that. But it got me thinking. If the bottles got sticky in the delivery truck, then the person who loaded the cooler either didn't notice or they didn't care and loaded the cooler anyway. I know which of those two possibilities I'd wager on. I'm still rating this store with 4 stars because of the great service from the young woman who washed the bottles for me. There is also a young man who works there who is very polite and friendly. Those folks have set an excellent service precedent."
"I was in this store about an hour ago and I purchased 2 20oz cherry cokes that were on sale buy 1 get one for $1 and 2 mocha frappuccinos that were priced 2 for $5.50 and I was charged nearly $13. I am on a tight budget so I purposely trying to keep my total under $10 to use a $10 gift card and even after going over each item and the price of each with the cashier he assured me it was correct. Our Minnesota sales tax on pop and candy is just under 7% but we'll call it and even 7% and we'll say the 20oz soda is $3 rounding up to be fair so that would make the price for 2 sodas $4 plus the price of $5.50 for the 2 frappuccinos equals $9.50. $9.50+ 7%sales tax only comes to $10.16 which equals me never shopping at your store again."
