"The overnight lady Gloria was very disrespectful and rude, it seemed as if she didn’t get what she wanted she would disrespect you. Very poor customer service. Add on- I brought my emotional support animal in, she’s the tiniest puppy. She tried to tell me I couldn’t have her and then proceeded to ask me for my papers for her etc. Very unprofessional and disrespectful."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would in a heartbeat this store doesn’t even deserve one star. You’ve had the same signage up saying that you are hiring but when I called three weeks ago I was told you weren’t hiring. Clearly the employees who work do there are not to worried about how the store looks, which is sad because it’s a reflection of your company. The older lady who works in the morning-afternoon doesn’t care about properly explaining what went wrong or why or how no explanation, no desire to help me out. Rude and just unpleasant. When I clock in, and i’m working with the public it’s my job to give you the BEST service. Maybe they should get retrained? Maybe a refresher on how to do their jobs would truly be beneficial to this store. Take pride. Do better, be better. Sad that this is just the normal now, terrible service terrible attitudes it’s obvious you don’t like your job, or do not take your job seriously. Again do better be better."

"Extremely rude. They do not show any indication that the car wash is down and then do not refund your money or offer a new wash at a later date. Spent $10 on a wash and needed to spend another $10 elsewhere. I do not wash my car frequently but they thought I should have still used it within the 30 days although I paid for a wash elsewhere. When I did need another they refused to honor their mistake."

"Paid for a lighter, was overcharged. Asked the lady politely about sales tax or why it was so much and she got an attitude, printed the receipt, slapped it down on the counter and said "well that's what it scans at". I told her that it was labeled as less and she just stared at me. Terrible customer service if you have to deal with the short lady with blonde hair and glasses."

"Clean around the pumps. Store inside is very nice. If a pump breaks they fix it right away. Free air for tires. Bathroom were clean. Food hot. Doughnuts fresh. Counter service was great. If they don't have something they will tell you were to get it. They do not sell hunting license or fishing license. They do not accept EBT."
