"The female team member working counter this evening was outright unprofessional, mean, and inconsiderate. I generally give people the benefit of the doubt. Like many people, I got off 494 from the airport for gas and to use the restroom. I walked in with my sister. There's a sign posted on the restroom to ask for it to be unlocked. I saw she was helping someone with scratchers. As she stepped away from the customer, I asked nicely when she had a moment if she could open the bathroom. She looks at me says NO. I then asked if it was out of order. She said NO. Then I asked why we couldn't use it or why there wasn't a sign posted. She shuddered because I continued with questions. She said it was not her problem we could go across the street. Your employee didn't acknowledge us coming in and then wouldn't look at me during the encounter. We, as in my sister and myself, were the only women and white people in the store at this time. It is hard not to believe this was racially fueled. Seriously, HORRIBLE Customer Service. Do Better."

"Bunch of thieves working there, the stole my $55 within 1minute that I paid for gas on pump4, I turned to pick a drink which I forgot to do before buying the gas. The whole transaction happened between 11.11am and 11.13am and they claimed I told them pump 6 and that someone already went and pump the $55 gas within 1minute that I picked the drink. First he lied that I didn’t pay for gas and later he said he authorized pump6 instead of pump4 and that it was my fault. They went so low and stole from me. They gave me one number to call, like it’s my fault. Bunch of thieves. Be careful if you must buy from them. God will surely judge them one day. Idiots"
