"This location subscribes to the shell corporation very stingy policy restricting reward poinrs use--They will cut your pump off at 20 gallons so you can’t fill up your truck without creating a second transaction. Also the pump was so slow it took over 10 minutes just to get 20 gallons out of the pump. Typical shell style, which is why I’ve been using Exxon and will not make this mistake again."

"AWFUL service!! The attendant was not attentive and too busy flirting with the person in front of me and put my gas on the wrong pump and tried to make it out to be my fault. Then when I tried to get a receipt after she said she sent it back to my card she could not print me a receipt for verification. She then proceeded to call her manager on her cell phone and she was of no help and could not give me her bosses number nor a corporate number but proceeded to tell me i should have my money back within 24 to 48 hours. I needed my gas then not 24 hours later. I didn't pay 24 hours later so I shouldn't have to wait 24 hours for their incompetence. And then the "number" she gave me went straight to voicemail. This companies line of communication SUCKS!!"
