"If you want to keep your money the best you can you better off anywhere else then at vaughn I’ve been a few times and always thought they did good work but was a little high. But this last time I needed new brakes and they quoted me $1480 saying I needed all new everything calipers and pads etc. took it to a shop in Lonoke and got it done for abt 500 less. Needless to say they got good work, but an awful price."

"Schedule an appointment here with my car. I showed up during the scheduled time. Had to wait an extra hour for no reason. Then when they finally got my car they had it for another 30 minutes only to tell me they couldn’t align the car. Sat there for almost two hours only to get nothing done. No apologies or anything. Done taking my business here."

I was in town for a funeral and while there I got a flat tire due to the construction on the 67/167 access roads and broke a lug and stud changing my tire. I explained that I had to leave on Wednesday to travel back home. They got me in and out so I could stay on my schedule. They were very friendly and understandable. Would definitely recommend them!
