They took it in, changed the oil and afterwards told me they basically couldn't do the tire rotation because it was too cold outside."

"I went in for an oil change and fluid refills, just 20 minutes before the closing time (I wasn’t aware that the shop closed earlier), but still, all of the technicians and the manager there, were still very helpful and very thorough on taking their time to check out my car brakes, did my oil change, vacuumed and cleaned my windows and did some other minor repairs to my vehicle. The manager was very polite, extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything to me in layman's terms lol, and honest, regarding the repairs I will be needing done to my vehicle.
