"Exchanged propane tank at this store during Memorial weekend. Cashier named Anthony gave me the last propane tank available in the storage shelf. Found out the tank was faulty (full, but not working) and immediately returned to the store within 30 minutes of purchase. Anthony said no exchange because it was the last tank they had. Then I asked for my money (and my empty tank) back, he had to call the store manager Margo because he didn't think he could do that. After talking to the manager on the phone, he denied the refund and told me to call the number on the propane tank instead. Yes - They told me to call Blue Rhino for the bad propane tank they sold me a few minutes ago. Obviously this is wrong and shows the manager's incompetency & lack of common sense. What else can go wrong at this store right? Just drive couple extra minutes and go somewhere else."

"Given the impressive looking Icee selection I really wanted this to turn out to be a great find, but unfortunately when I got there, not only did the optimal flavor have an 'Out Of Order' sticker on it, but the whole bank of 8 (yes I said *8*) different flavors where full on liquid and not pourable. The location itself is a bit obtuse as well as while the store is clearly visible from the road, it's not at all intuitive how to wind your way back to the store."
