"Great place to stay if you find yourself in Worthington Minnesota. Proprietors have kind hearts and keep clean rooms. Affordable hotel with surprisingly zero riff. Raff"
"No!no!no! I am not a ritzy hotel/motel stayer, I only have so much time and so much money to spend while I am hauling so I'm not picky what so ever but THIS!!! ridiculous. I have no idea where the photos on google for this hotel came from but the room I was in looks nothing like those. I don't recommend this motel to anyone. It was over $80 a night cobwebs everywhere, the door looks like it was broken into its freezing cold in the room where we had to keep the heat on full all night, holes in the walls that were drywalled back in, dust on everything, the toilet seat mirrors floors dirty. The room close to us has a broken out window, when u get up from the bed it sounds like metal crumbling. They have guest laundry but it wasn't working, of course. The towels were clean, front deal was nice, but the only place I've stayed my whole west trip where I didn't feel like it was safe."
"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I REPEAT, ABSOLUTELY NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY WILL SCAM YOU FOR MONEY! Save yourself the trouble and do not book a room at this place! If I could leave negative STARS I would! I should have known this place was going to be a nightmare when we arrived and there were no other cars. I stayed here for 2 nights with 3 other family members. The rooms were subpar, stains on bed sheets, dirty bathtub, etc, which was to be expected from such a cheap hotel. We typically dont spend much time in the hotel room either, only for sleeping at night which was why we made the decision to stay here. Now what I had an issue with was that we were charged extra! After seeing this charge, I called the front desk and Rosha the front desk lady picked up. She is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever come across. I asked why I was being charged extra and she claimed they found dog hair in our room! We dont own a dog! She also accused us of stealing all the toilet paper. Let me remind you, 4 guys, one bathroom for 2 days. There were only two rolls, one on the handle and one extra. I didn't know that hotels started charging for using toilet paper?!?!?!? She also claimed we left the room dirty and bathroom dirty. I can tell you that there was absolutely no trash left in that room. We barely spent time in our room! She also accused us of having too many guests. We had friends staying in the next room over and we would occasionally go back and forth from rooms but at no point did we ever exceed the number of guests sleeping in our room. I even told them to check the cameras (since they had cameras in the hallway) but "Rosha" said we were wrong and they were right. She yelled at me the entire phone conversation and then hung up. I called back and she said her son would call back and explain why I'm getting charged this extra fee. Never got a call back. Wyndham Customer service isn't much help either. I called their corporate number to file a dispute and they told me they would investigate and talk to the "property management". It was our word against theirs. After getting the run around from Wyndham Customer Service, they simply stopped responding. So to anyone thinking of booking a room here, save yourself the trouble and headache and book somewhere else. Rosha and her family needs to be investigated because I see other reviews about them charing extra money to other guests too! They are out here scamming people! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!"
"Now I understand why Apple Maps said this place was permanently closed, as it should be. The rooms had paint peeling, dust, rust, dirty linens and a broken window in one room. The pool was locked and it looks as if it hadn’t been used in ages as it was half-filled, green, and sediment on the bottom. Response from corporate said it was “shocked that day.” No wifi password given. Door to building with rooms unlocked which having a group of teenage girls did not feel safe. We looked at going to the holiday in down the road but website said fully booked."
"Decent motel right off of the highway. I stayed here with my dog as a solo female traveler and felt safe. The front desk staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable compared to other motels. My only complaint is the pet fee--$30 is pretty steep for one dog/one night. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this motel."
