"Countless times when they're just closed. I bought a phone for my son, didn't get a receipt, and can't activate it. It says it's a bad ESN #! Had to wait for the employee who sold it to me.....guess what happened next.. She didn't remember me! So now it's just an expense paper weight."

"If I could give this store a 0 star rating I would, This store is a complete disaster and a waste of time don't spend your hard earned money here, I am done with this store I have gave it plenty of chances, every time I go in there it's messy and dirty and worker are just standing and around and are very unfriendly, every aisle you can't even walk down becuase of the inventory charts.... they seem to never be unloaded. Keep in mind the store is closed from 11 AM to 3 PM daily so it makes you question what they do during that time?!?!...there is no reason why inventory can't be put away!!!! I miss the old staff they had."

"There was a shoplifter while we were there and I felt that the staff was too exbuberant in their reaction to the situation after the shoplifter left the store. I understand the excitement of catching shoplifters as I have many years of retail experience. However, I always tried to make it as much as a non issue to other shoppers as possible. This didn't seem to be the case in this instance. Thank you"
