"Make no mistake about it. This neighborhood alley won’t be hosting any televised PBA world championships anytime soon. The lanes are in pretty bad shape and there aren’t too many balls that fit a man’s fingers. But it’s classic vibe all the way. Great for people looking to have a good time. The employees are great — attentive, helpful, and patient. Below the Nook — best burgers in town, delivered down to the lane. We’ll be going back. We won’t use lane 1 though lol…"
"Giving this two stars because the atmosphere and vintage vibe of the place is actually pretty cool. However don’t come here if you’re trying to seriously bowl. Yes there’s lanes but they are in horrible condition. They seemed to have not been maintained in years. Very dirty. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your own bowling balls. They have house balls but they’re all very very dry and I was told by the guy next to me that the hole placements are very strange. I reserved two hours but left after one game which they charged me $20 for so keep that in mind. Beer was reasonably priced. Didn’t try the food but it looked and smelled good. Overall this place is an experience to say the least. Think of it as more of a bar with bowling lanes in it."
"The atmosphere was wonderful, and prices on point, wait staff was friendly. Definitely will be back."
"Your feet stick to the floor and I don't think the basement has been cleaned since the 50's. We "bowled" one game if you can call it bowling. The lanes are in horrific conditions and are clearly not maintained in any way. Very sad ownership situation here."
"Terribly warped lanes, balls with chips, awkward hole placing and just plain heavy. Shoes that will most likely give you foot fungus. But aside from that, it's an experience."
