"I deal with the Fargo store the most, very helpful in finding equipment i need for the job, service is ok, but they will get to you Used the Mankato store once also good people, had a boom lift that gave us trouble most of the job but they had a Tec (Duke) there that day every time and got us up and running, Also Duke was very knowledgeable of all the equipment we had on site, also willingness to give us some of that knowledge Using the app is great for tracking equipment"

"Brad and the rest of the crew at the Fargo store go out of their way every time we need anything. I deal with a lot of different United Rentals that are all good stores but Fargo defiantly has set the bar high."

"Your employees at the Fargo location need to get on the same page. We called in to reserve a roller and told the person exactly what we needed to do: we need something heavy to evenly roll over the lawn. The person on the phone saw no problem with this and reserved the equipment for us.When we came to get it, we were interrogated as to what we needed it for. When I said again that it was for my lawn, the guy now at the desk said he didn't think that was ok and backed out of the rental. We made a 40 mile round trip and then were told no. This is AFTER we already said what we were needing to do and got an ok over the phone. Keep in mind this is how Newman Field maintains their lawn, yet the guys working thought it was such a bad idea they couldn't rent it out. They thought it'd sink or get stuck in our lawn. Good Lord: it's not a swamp, simply a bit uneven. They 2 men there were not interested in helping at all, and the one we spoke to was not only a snarky liar, but he obviously knows very little about intended uses. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Cross the road and get treated better with better rates, honestly."

"As for this place, great staff and customer service. I rented a trailer that had light problems and they took care of me. As far as united rental, I don't like that you can reserve stuff on the website that isn't even available at your location. Good thing I called before I went threw the website. Btw, you guys need to get gooseneck trailers!! This is farm country area...."
