"The old Asian lady was a real b***h. I asked her for a coat hanger to try and help the young lady in the parking lot who was locked out of her car in 20° weather and she refused. After being denied, I proceed to look through all of their unorganized and overpriced junk to find something to use she continued to constantly be lurking behind me and peek around the corners like some kind of creepy security guard after I assured her atleast twice that I wasn't there to steal. I eventually came across the a lock out tool and purchased it as bad as it truly pained me to give them a single dime...needless to say, save yourself some money and the humiliation of being treated like a thief and go ANYWHERE else."
