"We chose to remove our toddler from this center after repeatedly dealing with inconsistent staffing and poor communication about who the staff members were. We actually almost pulled our toddler out a lot sooner because 3 months after starting there, he was still incredibly upset every day at drop-off and visibly uncomfortable with the environment. We knew something was wrong because this was not his first time in daycare and he was having so much trouble adjusting to this one. But we were assured there would be a more consistent teacher, and briefly there was. Then both the assistant teacher and lead teacher left a short time later and we were right back where we started. The classroom felt chaotic every time we walked into it. In fact, most of the time we had no idea which classroom our child would be in at pick up. Half the children would have messy noses that apparently had not been wiped for hours because it was dried to their face. My child lost multiple pairs of mittens and his hat even though they were clearly labeled. There were a few redeeming qualities, but overall for the amount of money we were spending it was worth it to find something that is a better fit."

"I’d give 0 stars but I can’t so.. anyways I was a past employee with lil explorers Andover and it started off great. As time went by I noticed favoritism from the director. I also noticed the racial discrimination. My concerns were brought up plenty of times to the director and she said they’d be resolved and they never were it only got worse. The drama was horrible everyone was two faced except for a few employees. The environment was toxic it was something new everyday. Most of the staff didn’t truly care about the kids probably still don’t. The stress this job caused me was too much leading me to quit along with others because nothing was ever fixed. To elaborate on the favoritism Allison treated us staff differently from SAMI. Along with others of course but I don’t feel the need to mention their names. As of now I heard Sami moved from a lead to assistant director.. what a coincidence. Anyways 0/5 stars wouldn’t recommend as a job or a place to send your children."

"We were very dissatisfied with Lil Explorers. Our friends from another lil explorers recommended them and the difference was surprising. There were new teachers in each classroom everyday to the point that you have no idea who is taking care of your children. My daughter (1.5 year old) got the worst diaper rash in her life after moving to the toddler room after one day. I attempted to email the director about my concerns and she never replied to my email. When I asked her about the email she said that “she let all the teacher know” which means she didn’t actually address it. They put iPads or cell phones on the wall and let the kids watch them in the evening. Also, my daughter got a black eye and they didn’t know how and always had the excuse of “I wasn’t here this morning”. My 4.5 year old son picked up poor behaviors and there was no structure for him. He would come home with coloring pictures for “work done in class” and I’m unsure if he learned anything productive. I wish I would have seen a review before starting there."

"If you speak your thoughts about them, they just delete and block you from their Facebook page. The Director is the biggest joke there. I used to highly recommend them, now I would tell everybody to run especially out of infant two. If you want to feel like your child sits in a corner all day this is the perfect daycare for you. Their communication is awful and they do not care about you. This is directed at infant 2 and the Director. Infant one was fantastic for us, and we were very sad to leave them. They act like they care, and they listen to your concerns, but I know for a fact they do not. And the referral money they’re constantly pushing on you you will NEVER see. I speak from experience. As my baby was there from 10 weeks old to 10 months. We are very sad to have felt the need to leave under the circumstances. We have been at our new daycare for a week now and I’ve already received more pictures and updates in the week here than I ever did in infant two. They don’t update you, and when they do, it’s incorrect and then when you ask, you are met with a sassy, rude teacher. Trust me your $388 a week, you’re going to wish you had went somewhere else! It’s a great feeling dropping your baby off with strangers every day!! That daycare is a revolving door of new staff. Nobody leaves a job when they have good management. The director would rather have her little clique than to manage and take care of her good staff. The Director will gaslight you and make you feel like you never ever spoke up about anything when you very clearly did. It took us a little while to decide to leave but I’m very glad we did. Such a joke."
