"Public Service Announcement. Just to reiterate. Please do not ever buy anything from these crooked, unethical, and malevolent people. My wife spent almost 70K on a beautiful (looking) used Bennington (and trailer) in 2020. Outlet Recreation delayed delivery of our pontoon 2 week to “get it water ready.” They did/would not disclose any problems to us. Apparently, there were cracks on all the toons which they “repaired” with JB Weld. Again, nobody at Outlet Rec told us anything about any of this. Then, after 1.5 summers of use (maybe 20 times on the water) the toons filled with approximately 500 gallons of water and the added weight ruined the sea legs and broke both axles on the boat trailer. Now, Outlet Rec denies having any knowledge of the preexisting damage and they obviously refuse to cover the costs of repair, which is over 10K. Please do not ever purchase anything at all from these crooked people."

"Great place, we have them store our pontoon and service it, returning it in the spring, all fueled up and ready to go, besides taking down and putting back up the lift canopy."

"One star is a little generous but it is the lowest rating you can give on here. I've had problems with my camper (2018 model year) since day one. The staff has always appeared eager to help but every time I've taken it in to be fixed it has come home in worse shape than before. They've shipped me parts to fix it myself, after pulling it there to have their techs wreck it for me, but part of what you're paying for when you buy a new camper is the warranty. I spoke withe general manager last fall and was simply told that he doesn't deal with these sort of things and he'll have somebody else call me back. It is now camping season again and I've received no call-backs and no solutions. I saved a little money purchasing through Outlet Rec but I've spent more than I've saved making my camper useful. In the end my experience is my fault for not having done enough research. Save yourself many headaches and find another dealer."
