"Well maintained condo association. Mark really does a nice job keeping everything organized with this beautiful property."

"I sometimes bring my dog here to run when there is no one else around. In the summer this park is used a lot, mostly by young soccer players. Otherwise I don't see people coming to this park often. The playground is very old and I'm afraid of anyone playing on it. It should be definitely be replaced."
