"Friendly and helpful staff! Room was clean just make sure you research before booking the difference between room and suite. The room has no fridge or microwave in the room. Otherwise it was perfect for the purpose of relaxing and sleeping after a long day of sightseeing! The breakfast set up is great- a variety of items to get your day started. I will definitely be using again when I travel back!!"

"I've never been in a hotel with a mirrored wall and no fridge (or mini fridge). After taking a shower, the entire room smelled like a mix of syrup and vomit. I'm not staying here after tonight and do not recommend to anyone."

"Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had renting a hotel room! The sheets had holes and were stained with blood and urine. Housekeeping told us they were clean as the stains would not come out. Management would not let us talk with them privately so we could address the "clean" issue. Mgmt cornered us on the stairs and proceed to get angry as we tried to discuss dirty bedding. Mgmt agreed to change the bedding again (would be the third time) and we let them know we would be contacting corporate. Mgmt then got very angry and started harassing us. Mgmt gave us a full refund to get us to leave. We had to find another hotel at 1030 at night. My traveling companion wrote a review similar to mine about this hotel and it is no longer posted. It was removed by someone. Keep that in mind when booking hotels. Never once did I say I needed a free night! The manager assumed that I wanted a free night when I wanted to have a private discussion about housekeeping."

"Not too bad for one night. We had to request another room because the one we were assigned first had dirty sheets and the bathroom sink was missing the drain plug. It did not take long for the staff to move us to another room. We were lucky there was another room available."

"The hotel was beyond the expectations of people (large group with multiple rooms attending a local wedding). The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice with a warm welcome upon arrival. We didn’t watch much TV but there were plenty of channels available. Rooms were spacious for this category of hotel. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was reasonably sized. The breakfast was good with a number of options. I’ve stayed here about once a year for many years and each time I return, it’s been a very nice experience."
