Reviews of Petro Serve USA #206
"Cool spot for gas and cigs."
"Complete joke of a business. Store is constantly dirty, staff is rude on n average day, and they're aren't open when their hours say they are. This whole company is a mess. I usually avoid them, but the one time I give them a chance the doors are locked and there is no one here despite their hours saying they opened an hour ago."
"Fairly well stocked the cashiers know what there doing here, so lines move fairly quick. Honestly the go to gas station for a lot of people in town so can be quite busy they also sell non ethonal 87 gas there so if you like that it's a plus my only negative is they could use something more then hot dogs for lunch on the go maby put some pizza up or preheat deli sandwiches though you'd probably need someone on that all day to keep up"
"I bought gas and food totaling just under 40 bucks (I spend about 70 a week there). Cashier was vacant mentally and rang my stuff up in two transactions because he thought I "wanted to keep the cigarettes seperate". Why? I bought one of their 5 dollar sandwiches and asked for some mayo. I recieved 1 packet. I asked for another as the sandwich was large. "No you can only have 1 per sandwich." I explained to him that the sandwich would need at least two due to its size. "No you can only have 1", he scolded. What a joke. I worked a gas station when I was younger and the money is made in food and smokes. Well, not from me any more."
"It's always something. First thing is, they've got a male cashier there with rabid nail fungus that is literally consuming the tips of his fingers. No problem though, he'll just casually handle your purchases, cash, or credit cards and hand them back to you. Yum. And if you need a pack of smokes that happens to be on the bottom shelf, he'll look at you like he wants to kill you, shuffle over to the cigarettes, groan as he bends over to retrieve them, wheeze when he returns, and chuck them up into the counter. Then, there's the large, short-haired woman who has literally worked there since I was a child. Probably close to 30 years. Once, when I was in the store by myself, I asked her for a bag, she glared at me and said, "You want me to carry it home for you, too?" ... No bullshit, this happened ... I considered calling someone and demanding her termination right then, but I didn't. She's still there being a jerk to anyone she doesn't like. If this wasn't bad enough, both of them have this new game they like to play. Instead of asking you if you want your receipt - which happens anywhere else you go - they like to just force it on you for their own amusement. Fun. I just want to get in, grab my crap, and get out. Simple. But I can't think of one time in the past ten years that I've had a smooth experience with either of them. It's because of these two employees that I go here as little as possible. If I could, I'd never go here again, but I live in the neighborhood and sometimes I need something quick. When I do, I just take a deep breath and try to get in and out as fast as I can."
