Cub Pharmacy

"1/12/2024 Downrating my review from 11/01/2023 I'm changing my rating from 3 "stars" down to 1 "star". BAD: their staff don't fill prescriptions - even two weeks after the order was sent (yes, I asked if they had the meds on file). BAD: after getting through their telephone waiting service, they hang up on you. BAD: this pharmacy somehow "forgets" that you have refills on file, and so the customer must call the prescribing physician to remind them of this. BAD: the management for this pharmacy does not have the guts to respond to complaints on this web page. Instead, quality of service just continues to worsen. 11/01/2023 Plus and minus points about this Cub Pharmacy. My rating of three stars rates their Upper Management and not their personnel who are on the floor. (+) Their technicians and pharmacists are always cheerful and friendly. That goes a long way. (+) They are helpful and proactive in correcting their goofs. (-) Last week, they issued an older prescription, instead of the current one. (-) It was impossible to straighten out this over the phone because no one picks up the line. (-) It is very clear to me that their technicians were overwhelmed with the number of prescriptions which they must fill. (-) Their Upper Management is cutting the Pharmacy hours so frequently that neither their telephone answering system nor this Googlemap page can keep up. This pharmacy fulfills an important need for the local community. Their staff understand this, but the Upper Management for Cub Pharmacy ignore it. Cub Pharmacy is understaffed, because they pay their technicians less than $15/hour. They would be paid more by working at Aldi, where the starting wage is more than $17/hour. Upper management, are you reading this?"

"Awful place it’s taken over by really immature ratchet girls who think that just because they have a velcro lab coat means I can withhold peoples medication and treat them poorly is beyond me don’t go here if you have medication’s that you need for your physical well-being because if they are in control of you having it or not they will make sure you have to wait all day and just keep you going through an ordeal they don’t care but they definitely go out of their way to not answer the phone or prolong your weight just because they know you are suffering I will never go here again"

"Terrible service, had to wait a week for prescriptions ordered in 10/23 and when they still weren’t ready, I cancelled them and transferred to CVS in Target and they were ready the next day. Several excuses but no results"

"Good luck trying to reach them by phone. They literally never pick up their phone. I complained to management about this several times and all they did about it was create a new phone setup that creates a busy signal or automatically hangs up on you so the pharmacy techs don't have to do it themselves anymore."

"I was just calling to try to find out if they got my prescription because the doctor says they sent it on Saturday and I haven't heard anything yet. I called three times and each time after getting through the automated responses, it rings, someone picks up, and then promptly hangs up. I will be making my purchases elsewhere, having become disgusted with the service without ever yet having even received a prescription."
