"Showed up high. They were standing 20 ft from the door when I opened it and I could smell the weed on them instantly. They didn't even look at the problem. They couldn't keep a single train of thought for much longer than a minute. They over charged the system with freon which caused all sorts of problems. And then proceeded to let the pressure back down for 15 minutes spraying the freon everywhere. When it was all said and done they hadn't addressed the problem at all, and charged me for the freon they over pressurized my system with then sprayed all over the place taking it back out. Don't waste your time with this company. You will just have to pay someone else to come out and fix what these morons did."
"The employee identified the issue quickly and offered options to replace the capacitor and possibly the fan motor which was hot. I agreed that both should be replaced due to the age of the unit. He quickly repaired and tested the unit. Verified the Freon levels also. Thanks so much for your help!"

"Extremely professional. Highly recommend. Serviced our a/c unit on a Saturday within a couple hours of calling. The cost was much lower than those of other companies. I was informed of everything being done and even though the opportunity most likely was there to provide an unnecessary service, no attempt was made. I was skeptical at first since I had no prior knowledge or experience with the company and was prepared to obtain a second opinion in the event I was not comfortable with the diagnosis. I am a very satisfied customer and thankful for the honest service provided. No need for a second opinion. I will definitely use Around the Clock in the future."
