"I recently went to this location for a tres leches cake. I heard it was fabulous, and I’m from out of town so I had to get there. I’m a huge fan of that particular cake. That being said, I know a great tres leches when I taste one. This place did not do it. Miss the mark. The first thing I did was fork a bite, just to look at the bottom of the pan to see if I could see milk. The cake was hella dry, no sign of leche anywhere. Never again. I was deeply saddened. I did get some cookies. The lemon cheesecake, iced oatmeal, and chunky chocolate chip. They were decent. Iced oatmeal was probably my favorite, but the flavor of the lemon cheesecake was great. If the cookie was thinner it would’ve probably been my fav. Just overhyped cookies in my opinion."

"They do not greet you at this store. Do not have managers so they don’t care how they treat you. They half make my cookies every time I go and get mad if I ask for my toppings. Had the nerve to upcharge the cakes and don’t give toppings even if you ask."

"You know how a new business comes to town and everything is “Perfect” during the grand opening time and then things start going downhill? Well, this location proves that to be 100% incorrect. Consistency is key. I have another Crumbl 10 minutes away from my house. This one is about 30 minutes away and I don’t mind driving because I know how clean the store will be, how pleasant the employees will be and how good our cookies will be. I 10/10 recommend you getting out and trying Crumbl at Lakewood Village if you haven’t already."
