"Very rarely does one experience such rotten customer service. Made a verbal agreement with Trevor to purchase a used tractor for cash and was told I would be contacted when I can pick it up. No contact since. Phone calls unanswered, voicemails unreturned. Called and asked to speak with the sales manager and the lady who answered the phone laughed at my request, said "Aaahh, ok" and transferred me to a voicemail. Left a voicemail for the sales manager, Bobby. No reply. Every single time I called in to inquire about the 12,000 dollars I wanted to spend there, I was scoffed at and given no answers. Never again will I allow my time to be wasted by a bunch of lazy, disrespectful children."

"Acme Tools is great to work with, flawless in fact. Acme Equipment is a joke!! Manager should be reprimanded if not fired. I called over a week ago inquiring about a hydraulic breaker and was ready to purchase but needed to confirm the coupler. The guy I spoke with didn’t seem very knowledgeable yet should have had an answer fairly quickly if not within an hour or two. It’s been over a week. Just tried to call back and was on hold for twenty minutes and gave up after being in queue position 1 for more than ten minutes of it. I guess this company has enough business to flake people off. Point taken, I’ll go elsewhere."

"The service here is amazing. I have purchased two lawn mowers here and had them serviced. They are always willing to go out of their way to be helpful. I have experienced this every single time I have interacted with them. In fact, I just called there to see if they had the model of my mower on file. They did not because it had been a few years, but the guy on the phone asked me some questions about the mower and was able to figure out what model it was. I could give a few other examples like this. If service is important to you, I cannot imagine going anywhere else to buy what they have to sell."
