"Very poor customer service. Called for a dishwasher repair, leak in a seal. I was told he would be out Mon or Tues. Stayed home both days, no call. Called back on Thursday and the gal on phone said shame on me for not answering his call........he never called me. So again he will be out next Mon or Tues, again I stayed home nothing. I would not do business with Baker Appliances ever."

"Worst company ever! I bought a new whirlpool refrigerator back in August and had problems from day one. I called their service department and they sent Bakers out to look at it. They came twice over a month period and said I needed a part. He told me he would order and it would take a few weeks to come in. We'll that was in October. I called in November, the part hasn't came in. I called in December, the part hasn't come in. I called again in January and February, the part is on back order and hasn't come in. I've called twice this week. Nobody answers the phone. I called whirlpool back and they informed me the guy did order the part on November 2nd and it was delivered and signed for on November 7th. This place has had my part and bold faced lied to me and now nobody answers the phone. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay away if at all possible!"

"They came to fix our washer and didn't even turn it on to run it jus said hose was leaking is why we couldn't fix it we have warranty and everything whirlpool sent them out here and they didn't do their job I've heard rumors about how unprofessional they are now I got to see it with my own eyes"

"I am so disappointed! We have used them for many years and have always had excellent service. Over the years they have repaired a number of appliances and had no complaints. Then we contacted them with a refrigerator problem with a draining issue when it defrosted and they said they would be out in two days. Over a week went by, no contact, then called them back and they said that they had some unexpected repairs come up but they would be out the very next day. After waiting 3 more weeks with no contact, contacted them again and they said they were concentrating on some refrigerators that were not cooling and had delayed ours. I stated that if they did not want to make a service call that it was fine, just tell me and I would find another company to repair. She said, oh no...we want your business. This was on a Thursday and she promised that they would be at our house first thing Monday morning. I thanked her and really believed they would show up this time. That has been over 2 months ago...never heard from them and another no show. Meanwhile contacted someone else and had the refrigerator repaired in about 30 minutes."
