"During the President's day sale we got a new refrigerator and dishwasher. We worked with Sydney and the purchase was a concise and easy experience. Delivery got held up a little due to backorders at the factory, but we expected a little wait. The delivery guys, Tony and Steve showed up and like others have said, they weren't shy about taking the door off the hinges and they got the new fridge in with just a fraction of an inch to spare. They showed a lot of care in getting it in place. We got excellent customer service all around."

"A single phone call to the ‘Service’ department resulted in the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Both appliances I needed serviced, I bought from Metro. After one quick look-up, she could not find the correct address and told me I would be better off calling someone else to work on my product. Save your money and buy your appliances from someone else - Lumber One, Home Depot, Lowe’s…anyone, simply to avoid the terrible service department."

"We wear a salesman, Steve. I bought a washer and dryer from the dent and scratch department. The washer and dryer wasn't exactly a matching set The the control panel was a different color. We I went pick my washer and dryer they my washer was white and my dryer was gray. I to pay $225 more to get a gray washer. Steve said that I bought a white washer and a gray dryer. Very disappointed that I to spend more money on something I already bought."

She is well deserved of recognition for going above and beyond to ensure my customer was taking care of. We were called to do a gas hook up in the county for LP and our customer did not ask for a conversion kit. She helped us promptly get a resolution"

"I worked with Javan C to get a package price on Frigidaire kitchen appliances. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the options and discussed that Frigidaire is made in America and that if needed down the road it would be easier to get parts, that means a lot to me. The quote was timely and competitive. It included installation and removal of my old appliances. I placed the order and was on the books for installation for less than a week from accepting their quote. Javan gave me all of the paperwork needed to verify the dimensions of everything so I could plan which path would be easiest for them to get the appliances upstairs and verify that everything would fit properly. On the day of installation the delivery guys Antwan and Cody were very careful and attentive as they pulled my old refrigerator out and brought the appliances upstairs. They installed the new fridge and did a great job. Kyle was next, he was responsible for installing the microwave, range and dishwasher. There were a few things he needed me to adjust to make sure the old would come out and the new would fit seamlessly. No fuss about anything, I had a new kitchen in less than a day! All 3 installers did a wonderful job working through some small hiccups that other installers from box stores would have ignored (speaking from past experience). I could not be more pleased with the competitive price, fast turnaround on the quote and in stock order, all the way through the excellent installation and top quality products.
