"We visit this market regularly to get their split chicken breast. It is the best chicken we've had; the smell, taste and texture is far superior to what you get in the supermarkets. We've only had the chicken, but they offer a wide variety of cuts of meat that we plan to try out. The market also has a selection of things like: produce, dry goods, canned goods, marinades, spices, candy, snacks, and freshly made salsas, tamales and desserts. As far as customer service goes, their employees are all helpful and pleasant to deal with."

"I bought a Goya product from this store a couple days ago and got sick off it, not realizing they don't do inventory checks as any other similar market would normally do. Apparently they leave their liquid products on the shelf until it sells. I have made a report of this store to the better business beareau to help others with their health. Do not shop here, for they had no answer for me as to why they attempted to sell me a package of brown outdated pork as well."

"Happy they are apart of the community. They have fresh vegetables, great spices, basic essentials like batteries, deodorant and more, they speak English and Spanish and it'd a very clean place. Glad I live a block away they always have what I need for a great price as well. Hope they get an atm soon, that's the only thing they need really."

"I went there to buy Goat meat. But the meat was not fresh. While purchasing I asked if the meat is fresh and they said its fresh just to sell it. But when i came home and boiled it, it took more than 3 hours to boil into something not to hard and eatable. They gave me more than 3 weeks old frozen meat. Wen I called the owner of the shop he gave a lame excuse. He said it must have been bad when we bought it frozen. But these people have been selling meat since yrs. they must be experts in knowing what to buy and what not to buy. Why didnt he see the meat was not fresh but frozen for weeks. Never gonna go buy meat in this shop again."

"Great neighborhood butcher. They don't have everything but still a pretty good selection. There house made chorizo is very tasty. Last time I was in there I bought some ground beef I got a pound and after the butcher weighed and labeled it he threw some extra in the bag for free! Always friendly smiles and greetings when I walk in. I speak little to no Spanish but that has never been a issue. Also really enjoy the homemade salsa and snacks they sell up at the counter sometimes. There taqueria around the corner is also very good only wish it was open later then 5."
