"I’m surprise this place is still in business with all the terrible customer service and such. I came here tonight around 6:45/7:00pm. A bigger girl with short black hair was at the register. I asked for tamales. I came in here last night asking for tamales and the girl working last night ( who was very nice - tiny with long black hair and glasses ) told me that they had tamales but won’t be making them until tomorrow ( today ). So I went in today to grab the tamales and the bigger girl at the register said “here? We don’t sell tamales here” and I said “yes you do… I get it here all the time… and I just came here yesterday and they told me to come back tomorrow which is today to grab them” and than she proceeds to say “oh well I’m the only one who’d make the tamales and we only make it on the weekends” ok… so which is it? You don’t sell tamales or you do? Hire better people please!! And I’ve also ALWAYS ordered the tamales on the weekday ( I’ve probably ordered over 50 times by now ) so this bigger girl had no idea what she was doing or talking about. Again, please hire better people. A lot of small business do go down for terrible customer service and such - after all, we are the ones who keep y’all in business with our money - so I suggest hiring better workers and making sure the experience is better."
"Terrible service. They get frustrated everytime someone shows up to shop. Not going back."
"Very rude staff, especially in the carnieceria area. The guy always say he doesn’t know where stuff is. In a very rude tone, the cashier doesn’t greet or anything. They tried to double charge us, luckily we got the receipt and went back in there, and we didn’t even say nothing the cashier just automatically gave us our money back, so it seemed like she knew what she did.. don’t recommend this place to anyone.."
"Hello, one of your employees (Sandra) charged me more than she should. She had full knowledge of this and still let me walk out the door. Thankfully I checked my receipt and went back. I know she knew that she had charged me more because I never showed her the receipt or told her what she had charged me extra on when I went back for or the amount that I was charged extra. I told her she charged me extra and 1st, she didn't apologize and 2 she handed me a $5 bill when I had paid with my DEBIT CARD! How did she know how much I got charged extra if she didn't see the receipt?? Pinche gente ratera! Ya es la 5ta Y ultima ves que voy y Ni una sola ves me an saludado, todos bien amargados desde la cajera hasta el carnicero !! Uno todavía les saluda y la cajera se hace la sorda. Y'all need to do better in customer service or hire people who actually wanna work. Nunca entrado a una tienda y que no te saluden cada ves que va uno. Uno todavía aparte quiere ayudar a su gente y comprar ahí y todos bien amargados !"
