"Visiting from Texas and to say an extreme disappointment is an understatement. Everyone is rude in all the shops. Like when you’re ordering anything other than ice cream, it’s an inconvenience. You’re met with huffing and puffing from the workers. They were out of a lot of flavors when we went too. To make our service even worse, I’m lactose intolerant and ordered the cherry limeade and it was disgusting. Left a really bitter after taste but like a bitter medicine kinda taste I had 2 spoon fulls and threw it out, I chose not to go inside to get a different flavor because if we were met with all the attitude at ordering, I couldn’t imagine the attitude I’d get from trying to get a different flavor. Do not recommend at all."

"I had high hopes. Store is cute but the cupcakes fell flat. The filled ones had little to no filling. The cupcakes were dry but still edible. Frosting was ok. They were completely out of 4 or 5 flavors we asked for. The packing process was lack luster and the staff seemed to just toss them in the box. Looked like a bunch of kids who did not care to be there. Nor were they thrilled about the pesky customers coming through the door. The storage of the cupcakes was sketchy. They were in a bin and it seemed kind of unsanitary. They had a ton of merchandise. But I wish they would put that effort into the cupcakes. Save the money and make your own."

"This is my first time over here. The cupcakes are on point and so moist. I highly would recommend this to more of my friends and family. The two cupcakes I got was the Cookie Monster and I believe the other one is called double strawberry Oreos. The atmosphere is really great and it feels so cozy. The music is amazing as well and I love the fact that y’all are playing Christmas music as well. The costumer service is fantastic. When me, my little sibling and parents walked in the welcoming was very nice. When I asked the gentle on which cupcake she would recommend he was so very nice about it. I can honestly say the cupcakes was phenomenal. I can’t wait to come back and visit Hot Springs to just come and eat some more tasty cupcakes of yalls"

"Cute and very vibrant cupcake shop. The interior filled with a lot of pink gives off a happy and exciting vibe. There is a huge menu of cupcake varieties to choose from. They also serve ice cream as well. The icing is what flavors you are picking from. The cupcakes were a little too sweet for me but the cupcakes are decorated beautifully. Try at least once while visiting hot springs."

"Great place to get an awesome cupcake! They have tons of flavors to choose from, and man are they delicious. We stopped by Saturday and Sunday evening, and though they were out of some cupcakes, we were able to find something we liked and none of us were unsatisfied! Service was great as well. Did I mention they have ice cream?? It was also very good!"
