"Choices and more choices available at Home Depot. When you are looking for landscaping items you can find it all there."
"Got my mulch and potting soil..no line at check out. Staff very helpful."
"Product wise its an Amazing assortment of Holiday items. They even still have plug in candle sticks for those of us who know the draining ability of a Minnesota Winter on a cold front porch. No Thank You. It costs more in Batteries than it ever has plugging them in. I Welcome my Friends and Family with a bright glow coming from my Windows in my Home. It is anything but with led lights dimly flickering and going dark as people approach. I'll save that look for another Holiday that this year we paused in October. Seriously. You will find a lot more great things to Adorn your yard and home with this year. I thought I'd buy 50 dollars of items and I walked out with $200 worth of things to keep me working all night with Joy. The Team member in the department definitely needs a new line than "i don't know but I'm sure it will work. " Then turn and walk away. He even said they don't make plug in candle sticks to me and I almost left. Had he looked right next to the battery ones ... boom there they were - untouched. My best advice is to research what you want to get for your home in the look you want to achieve and then go into the store with a set idea that your flexible with. Every time I shop I scan the barcode with The Home Depot app to learn more about the product and buying and see what other products other customers are getting in what suggestions there are there. If the sales associate were to take the time early on in the season to do what I do or would you do I bet within a week he be very familiar with all the products and be a efficient sales associate to make Oliver holidays bright in the year 2020 There is nothing more rude than a sales associate who walks away from somebody who is still mid sentence with a question and there are not other customers that are demanding the attention. It's just herself and sales associate who's walking away. So home depot was awesome their product line is amazing this year . Training Of associates should be top priority as well as having U trainer there for the 1st couple weeks to ensure proper Solutions to customers questions. Is nothing worse than getting the wrong advice on something during the holidays and having a compression down on the big day. This goes for every holiday this year. So smile, light up your home in the world so that it brings joy to your neighbours. Have a safe in happy holiday season everybody Discretion and mask up while still saying Hello to everyone you see. That little bit acknowledgment Buy someone could turn the day around for that individual. Thank you Minnesota"
"Many of the plants were wilted and appeared to be dying. Several of the shelves were basically empty as well."
"I shop at this home depot a lot due to its close proximity to my house. It's fine if you're purchasing tools and anything non-living. But just about every plant I have bought from there has been a loss. I purchased a cherry tree around mid-spring and made sure I planted it correctly and watered it generously for 2 months. About a while with no sign of life I took the tree back and before I could say anything, they mentioned how these trees were a bad batch and had not been properly taken care of and watered by the supplier or store, so they were all DOA. YET, despite her admitting this, they only refunded me half the original price because I no longer had the receipt and had purchased it on a gift card. With anything else not defective I would have completely understood, but in this case, HD made money off of a dead plant they sold me. I fear the magnolia tree I purchased at the same time as the cherry tree was also of a bad batch, but I'm not going to bother returning it..."
