"If you want to see . bamboo flooring samples, just order them online. Don't bother going to this store, they keep hardly any bamboo samples out. Otherwise, the store is fine. Picking up our order went very smoothly."

"**Update** I received a call from corporate, and they apologized and made it right** Spoke with a very nice man from corporate. I will be using them again to reduce them for the rest of our flooring needs. Bought LVP flooring. Day we wanted to pick it up there was a snowstorm due. Website showed they were open. We called and voice message said they were busy on phone, so we drove 60 miles to get it. Sign on door stated closed due to weather. The weather was perfectly fine that whole day, didn't start snowing till that evening! Called to talk to the guy about it today, and he was rude! Not even an apology! I'm thinking about just cancelling the order and carpeting instead."

"Zero stars should be a choice! This has been on the majority of the floors in our home for less than 4 years and every board is cracked. Began cracking and splitting within 6 months of installation. LL will not stand behind their product, told us we have too much humidity in our home. We are replacing the flooring next month and both flooring installers we got bids from said it is defective. Huge cost in product, install and now tear out and reinstall for product that they advertise as guaranteed for 100 years."

"Definitely the place to shop for wood floor. They seem to be a bit understaffed in both stores I visited. Takes a bit to get service/advise, but they certainly have the knowledge of their products."
