"Awful accounting system. All of your client charges will be listed under the name of your plumbing company rather than being listed under the name of your plumbing company PLUS then being subdivided by your individual clients which is what all other vendors do. This is a set up for a nightmare of an accounting system and errors! Again... orders, charges and credits are NOT being sub-specified to the clients name leading to a nightmare of an accounting system. Invoicing is not accurate and crediting system is not appropriately allocated to the client in question name. Chaos. Crediting system is flawed. Overcharging. Be careful! Would not recommend."

"After calling about a simple valve I needed and being told that they would for sure have what I was looking for, just bring the old one in, I was happy. However, when I got there, he told me he couldn't sell to me because I wasn't a contractor. I was hoping I had found a regular place to find the plumbing supplies I would ever need in the future. I was wrong. I'm a maintenance man taking care of 11 properties. Terrible business."

"Easy to find. Can park overnight on site with plenty of room to maneuver. Unloaded 129 water heaters in just a little over 2 hours. They stick with their appt times so dont expect to be unloaded too much earlier than what your appt is for. Very nice people here."

"I drove 30 miles to this showroom after perusing the website. When I arrived I was met by a salesman at the front door not wearing a mask. Whatever, I was wearing mine. He asked what I needed and I told him I am doing a kitchen remodel and looking for some items. He said it was appointment only and when I suggested there was no website update about that he said he was booked up for the next two days. He was rude, and uninterested. He did allow me to look around and I have to say Lowe's, Menards, and Home Depot all have more to look at, as well as staff who at least attempt to be helpful. Needless to say I was disappointed, and I will not return or recommend."
