"Why do you close early as heck on 1 of the 2 days most people have off work to get things done. You should do it on a Monday Tuesday or Wednesday since, or open a few hours later to save on the labor."

"Last year, I brought in my snowblower and my older lawnmower and Honda power washer. Luckily the snow blower still works. The other two machines lawn mower and power washer worked once but now nothing. I spent $360.00 getting them tuned up. They did not do anything. Never try to run them until this year. My snow blower was a wreck they never put in the new skid plate adjustment to the clutch. So, if you want to be disappointed go visit the service center they might fix something. Make you pay out the nose for nothing. Great job I hope others read this and understand that your maintenance department is a fraud. I feel as if your maintenance department just puts tags of completion and never fixes the problem but they sure charge you. PS I have tons of friends in Eagan that you will lose there business."
