Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"Chris and Jacob was great. Nevertheless, after I landed at LIT and wento to pick up my car at Enterprise. They charged me $400 deposit for a One Day Rental! The car didn't have a USB plug in for your phone. I had to purchase a cigarette lighter charger for my phone. The next day. I turned in my keys and my flight was overbooked for the rest of the night. I came back to Enterprise and they didn't have anyone in there line. I was told that all the people in National line get the cars first so they couldn't rent me a vehicle! I am PISSED! And you want to $25 off the bill! That was an INSULT! TERRIBLE!"

"We were stuck in Little Rock Airport due to weather at Dallas Fort Worth so we rented a car from enterprise and drove home to Northwest Arkansas. We returned it the next day to the office on Jay Street in Bentonville. The whole experience with the car was just great. It couldn’t have been any better."

Little Rock to Yuma, Arizona.. nothing wrong with car turned on when I turned the key ,it was safe, automatic locks.good brakes.Thank you..for your great service, professional staff.."
