"The process was seamless. Our sales rep was so low pressure and calm which was greatly appreciated. However, there were six hard inquiries run on my credit report, five that day and one the following day. Seems like a bit much since these can negatively impact credit. The inquiry that was run the day after was especially concerning since the purchase was already done. I would recommend the financing team to care a little more about a customers credit as they attempt to get them financed. Other than that, it was a smooth experience. Love my new Chevy Trax!"
