"Got the fort dodge white decorative rocks here and it turns out to be fake white rocks. The rocks are covered in heavy white powder that eventually washes away after a few rainy days or exposed to lawn sprinklers. Once the powder is washed away, it is actually a tan colored rock. Do not buy the fort dodge white rocks from Patio Town if you are wanting bulk white rocks. It is deceiving to call it white and cover it in heavy white powder. The picture attached is from me using distilled filtered water to wash off the white powder. I wanted to make sure it wasn't a reaction to anything from the rain or city water. Again, these are not true white rocks....just powdered rocks to make them look white."

"We bought Willow Creek circlestone here to create a small circular paved area around our bird feeder. I don’t recommend the Willow Creek product as they don’t include directions specific for making a circular patio. Additionally, Patio Town shorted us 30 of the rectangular stones needed to complete our 8’ circle. They willingly gave us the missing stones, but it meant another drive to their store and a delay in completing our project. No apology was given for their mistake. We won’t be returning to Patio Town for any other landscaping materials after this experience!"

"Good prices good service. Good volume of mulch. Their prices are a little high this year been a few years since I was out here but still good product and the kids loading me up made sure I agreed on the yardage what the competition called 7 yards they only called 6 I know it's more than 6 they did the same thing last time when we bought 12 yards they probably gave us 14"
