"Absolutely do not even waste your time calling this guy. He reassured me before showing up he could fix my air dryer problem as I was loaded with cattle and needed to be on my way ASAP. He seemed really cool at first. He gets there and doesn’t have the correct parts to fix it with him, so he try’s making it work to no avail. I called around and found the parts and he was supposed to go get the dryer, come back and install it as it was extremely late and I had no way of getting them. I even offered him an extra hundred bucks to grab me smokes and a drink so I could be on my way when he got me fixed and he politely agreed as I had already sat for hours trying to find another truck or a wrecker. After 2 more hours of waiting and no communication, I called and no answer. I call kenworth and he never showed up to get my parts. I call him back, straight to voicemail. Send a text, it doesn’t deliver. My number is blocked. Instead of leaving me stranded with cattle on my trailer, it would’ve been much easier to tell me he either couldn’t fix it or just didn’t want to. After driving my truck with no air in the bags all the way to kenworth, I was told that apparently this has happened before with him. I was kindly helped by a tech and was on my way within 30 minutes. Absolutely terrible way of doing business. Can only hope my cattle make the rest of the journey."
