Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"The service was ok, but I had to wait over an hour for my rental. They apologized which is professional and courteous, but I had an appt for 8am but didn't get it until after 9am. They said it was being cleaned ok but it was dirty when I got in the vehicle. They were more concerned with about selling me the insurance. Had a crack in the windshield when I got it. Be careful of two things, make sure to inspect the vehicle. Look into getting the vehicle from a third party. It cheaper."

"I had a difficult time getting someone on the phone at this local office. When I first called, a person answered pretty quickly, but immediately put me on hold, and never picked back up. I understand they were probably helping someone who was there in person, and I don't mind a reasonable hold while I wait my turn, but after 10 minutes without anyone checking back in on me, I hung up. I tried twice more, once right then and again a few hours later, and never got an answer at all. (While on hold, however, I did get to listen to endless advertisements on repeat telling me all about how customer service is the center of their business model.) FYI, the corporate customer service line is unable to get a message to the local office; when I said I needed to talk to someone about not being able to get through to the local office, they just kept telling me who I needed to talk to about this was the local office. They're charging full-service rates for cut-rate level service."

"Do not use Enterprise! The worst customers service I have ever encountered. Two weeks ago I called to reserve a car due to my auto going in for repair. The day I drop off my car Enterprise has no car reserved for me. What they do have are only vehicles that would require me to pay an additional $30/day allowed by my insurance company. These people are idiots with no concern for the customer. Try calling them and be prepared to be placed on hold for a very long time. They do not honor reservations! Que the "Sorry about this, email us at blah, blah so we can look into this" reply."

"Omg!! Worst customer service ever. They honestly don’t even deserve one star. We had a reservation for a car. After we drove all the way there …they stated they only had a mini van and it would be double the price. Even with having a reservation could not give me what I reserved. Another customer there stated they do this all the time. They use this ploy to upscale you on the spot to pay for something you don’t need. What a mess and what a way to strand your customers. Go anywhere else but here."
