"First, I'm not entirely upset with the employee as she's trying to do her job but Walmart has set a precedence of harassing people. The person at self-checkout on the grocery side watched me scan items and then question me as to whether I scan them or not and showed me her mobile device showing that I had not scanned an item but it was clearly scanned on my screen. If you are going to start accusing people of not scanning items, get rid of the self checkouts. We don't want to work here anyway. To be honest with you, I will start paying more at other stores than to keep being treated this way at these self-checkouts."

"More and more, Walmart is letting "service dogs" in their store even though they are obviously not service dogs. We do have one for our son who is a Type 1 diabetic with autism, however, we paid $15,000 for our dog who was bred and trained in a facility that actually makes these dogs into service dogs. Slapping a vest on a dog doesn't make him a service dog. Having these so-called "service dogs" in the stores makes it harder for those of us with legit service dogs get in. Walmart, please do better with this! Here are some guidelines of what is NOT a service dog! 1. They shouldn't be barking! No service dog should ever bark in a store. If they do, it's a red flag they weren't socialized enough and therefore are not real service dogs. 2. They shouldn't be riding in carts! This is gross and no service dog will ride in a cart. A person that does that has a THERAPY dog, not a service dog. There's a difference, and therapy dogs do not have legal access like service dogs. And as I've said, it's gross. We put our food in there. I don't know why employees aren't speaking up about this?! 3. They should not be reactive! A service dog is there for it's person and that's it. If they are more interested in other people or barking, this is not a service dog, it's someone pretending that their dog is a service dog. You have every right to ask that person to leave their dog in the car for the sake of customers. I go to this Walmart once a week and usually have no issues, but for the past few weeks that I've been there, there has been BARKING in the store and it's not from our service dog! Today there was a Husky "service dog" who was pulling their owner and barking at everyone who passed by. This isn't ok! Walmart, step up and do your job!"

"Kelly is absolutely amazing!! Top tier customer service !!!! This is the best Walmart I have been too and I have been to many across the US. This is based mainly on selection. There are other Walmarts that look cooler on the outside (Wyoming) but none of them have the variety and selection that this does. It is also very clean. The staff was friendly, which is also rare at Walmarts. I loved the selection so much I swear I started to tear up!!! Big thank you to Kelsey for finding my husbands phone today !!! The safest, cleanest and best Walmart!"

"Stopped by , while my puppy was getting groomed , to pick up 2 items . Had time to browse and ended up with a cart full . Selection & prices were excellent BUT the cashiers were low . Only 1 was present . At one point there were 8 people in line . When will WM understand that a great many shoppers don't want to self-check their purchases ! When it was finally my turn I found the cashier to be very friendly & courteous."
