"My car was brought to them after it was found a month ago. They never put the car in their computer after it was placed with a ticked. Car still hasn't been seen after me going up there and talking to them a week ago! This is not acceptable, what if I did not have a back up vehicle. Inc only covers so many days of a rental."
"Please read this before ever doing business with these people!!! Even though I should have known better I bought my second car from them, the first I had 10 months and the transmission blew up. After it being in the shop for 30 days I ended up buying a Kia K5, 2021 which I love the look of, but a couple of months ago the air conditioner went completely out! I had a very hard time even getting the right phone number to call, being as the ones on the website are spoof numbers saying you have won a $100 wal mart gift card, getting through to the service department takes an act of Congress, then you speak to someone in there, tell them your problem and then they never call you back like they say they will do. I live about 200 miles south of Little Rock and they did not want to give me a loaner vehicle to drive, I had to speak with several people before getting that done. I make my payments on time, I have insurance, that should not be an issue. Finally after about a month I finally get it fixed and go this past Monday, July 31 I drive to Little Rock to pick up my car, and there was a HUGE crack all the way across my windshield, it originated at the bottom drivers side, obstructs the view driving and goes all the way across to the passengers side. As soon as I sat in the car I immediately got out and went right back and got several guys from the service department. I let them all know that it was not there when I left the car, now it is, I was told they had to take out the windshield in order to get the dash out and replace the ac unit. It is obvious that is when this happened, I am not surprised that they are trying their best to get out of fixing this issue, especially with all I had to go thru just to get my ac issues fixed. But I am beyond upset about this. Had the loaner car that I had driven had something like that or anything else happen while it was in my care… I would have been responsible for that, I even took that back with 3/4 of a tank of gas in it. I can’t get anyone on the phone, I have been waiting a week on them to call me back, nothing!!! I have called and left my work number as well as my cell. It is just the principle of it… you don’t just take your car to a place to have one thing fixed and have something like this happen to it and then take absolutely no responsibility for it, I was even told by my parts advisor* that it would have happened eventually anyway!!! The fact is it did NOT… it was in their care when it happened, I just want them to take responsibility for it and replace the windshield. It is sad to think of how many other people they do this way that just do not take the time to let others know. If I could have given negative stars I would have. Being as there is not a Kia dealership close to where I live people are always asking me where I got my car, I keep it very well taken care of and it is always clean and shining, I could really give them a lot of business and have until all of this happened, but I do not want other people to have to go through all of what I have had to ever since this has happened. Will, the young man that actually sold me the car, I could not have better things to say about him, he was great, I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful, professional person, but please do not think that you can count on their service department, or anyone over them! They shouldn’t be able to have this business, it is truly sad."
"I had a pleasant experience for the most part. Don was kind enough to get me some disinfect to clean the toys in the kids play room, although I'm not to sure how happy he was I asked. I may have interpreted something we want to get to. Everyone was kind and helpful. The only problem we had which actually is a big 1. Is that after they did the oil change they didn't tighten the bolt well which caused the car to stop working. My husband waited for a Kia tow truck service for about 80 minutes. To make a long story short he had to pay the to truck company $150 for a mistake the dealer made when we 1st got service done. That was our 1st time at this location. Honestly I'm not sure we will be back. If our car was an older car the bolt not being place on right would have cause a lot of damage. You car needs old."
