"In Little Rock for medical. I live 3 hours away. Picked up a 3 inch screw and needed my tire patched. Went to Firestone and the guy that checked me in tried to tell me that the screw was 'in the side wall' -which it wasnt! I know because it was in the tread-and couldn't be patched. But he could get a new tire for me for $104 but I would have to wait for it to be delivered. Decided to drive around until I found another tire shop. I came across Big 10 Tire and told the man what Firestone had said. He laughed and said 'yeah he's just trying to sell you a tire'. He had the repair done in less than 5 minutes and only charged me $6! I paid him more than that because he seriously saved us. I don't know his name but I'm eternally grateful for honest hard working men who don't try and take advantage of women!"
