"I’ve been using them for years. The past year he’s become more unreliable. He was supposed to come redo my roof today & I called him and he said said he wasn’t! He even called me & said he got the stuff to patch the holes & reseal the roof, AND was buying a sheet of some sort to cover the top of my slide! I’ve been giving him business for 5 years! He lost a very good customer & I won’t be referring him to anymore!"

"Absolutely, positively, would not recommend. Unprofessionalism, unorganized, and incompetent. Buyer beware. April 11 2022 My 2018, all seasons RV was damaged by a hail storm. I called a few places and was recommended by a friend at Moix. The owner of RV 1 came out, gave me an estimate and I wrote a check for parts. On May 26th I got a message my parts were ready. I set up for them to come out but all the parts were not with them. The parts they brought were wrong fitting, wrong color, and low quality. I then set up for them to come out with new ordered parts, but again they were wrong. On Aug 9th, I set up for him to come back out, but he didn't show up. I waited two more weeks and sent a message on Aug 19th telling him I have been more than patient. The final time he came out on Sept 15th the parts were still not right, but he did finish one of the skylights originally quoted back in April. I told him there would be no reason to reorder more parts and asked him what I owed him and paid him in cash. He now wants to take me to small claims court because I gave him an unkind review rating. "I have used Rv1 for all my camper repairs for the past two years and every time Dusty has made sure that I’m taken care of, he doesn’t just fix the problem but he comes back to make sure it still is working the way it should. And he always gives a fair price. It’s hard to find honest and fair people anymore. I just moved my camper and he says I can still call anytime ."
