"Several times we have reserved cars only to be told when we got there or were in route to pick it up that there was no car available. I do not know why a person is allowed to reserve a car that is not available. It waste my time."

"The car we were given smelled of cigarettes, probably from the male staff member walking and standing out back smoking. Then when we got to our drop off location (one way trip) the staff were unable to check our car in because it had not been put in the system properly at the pick up location. Which if it had not been for the helpful staff at the Tallahassee location, I would have been continued to be charged for my reservation due to no fault of my own. So a five minute turn in, turned into over half an hour of Tallahassee fixing El Dorado's mess when we should have been in and out. Overall very poor experience for my first time using Enterprise for leisure."

I got a BEAUTIFUL Chevy Impala-- the agent that helped me was friendly, courteous and efficient. I specify Enterprise whenever I travel for work and they ALWAYS come through for me. I've used other rental companies before, but it usually costs more DOLLARs and it HERTZ. ;)"
