"Warning to OTR independent contractors, if you don't live in the area or know this shop, don't waste your time! Everything was fine until I asked for a printout sheet that shows the front end and tandem adjustments of the caster and cambers. The guy said they don't do that & this is when I knew I shouldn't have stopped at this place. I've never been to an alignment shop that doesn't show you how inaccurate your alignment is and what they did to correct it. I was floored by what I was charged. $412.30. This is by far the highest amount I have ever paid for an alignment in my life. I know that he got over on me because he kept saying that if I don't think it was fair, he won't charge me anything. I was upset, but I believe in doing the right thing. He got over on me big time. I should have disputed and reversed the transaction on my account. Go anywhere but here."

"This is an alignment shop. Not a place that does alignments as a side gig, so the quality of service I received is way better than the Goodyears and TAs of the world. They have the tools for the job, which included straightening the steer axle to set the camber in my case. Personable owner and decent prices. Highly recommend"
