"Poor communication. The service I took it in for was completed, but they did extra damage to my car. The slow service I can understand. Parts can take a while to come in, but their lack of communication was frustrating. I would wait a week to hear back from them. After a month, when my car was fixed, I found issues with the windows and locks that weren't there before. I took it back to them. They said they would order the part to fix it, but I'm still waiting to get a call from them weeks later. I'll go somewhere else next time."

I was given an estimate but because they couldn't get it all out they discounted it. My car looks so good! I'm so happy with the job they did.
