"Best car wash in Little Rock. Car looks great and my kids love going. Have never had a membership at a car wash, seemed ridiculous but worth it at Splash on Chenal. Great customer service, everyone is kind and seems to like their jobs. Best service by a guy named Sam Blocker, he works weekends only but worth the Saturday excursion. Keep being a rocker Blocker!"

"I’ve had the membership for over a year and I love it. However, there has been two incidents where I have been hit from behind now. Yesterday (3-19/24) a Toyota Tacoma hit my rear bumper because their lights malfunction at the end. The manager said they had maintenance. I really don’t blame the issue on a malfunctioning maintenance issue, the employees run the cars in so very close to each other if you get to the end and have any sort of pause before you get a green light then the next thing you know, you have a vehicle behind you, tapping your bumper. I told the manager I wasn’t making a big deal about it and it was just a scratch. But he should probably talk to his employees about running these cars through here like cattle. But I came in today and literally the employees are doing the same exact thing all over again. I don’t know how this company has not been sued yet, but most people don’t want their vehicles to be wrecked every time they come to a car wash. If I could give the owner some feedback- tell these employees to stop putting the cars crammed up so close to each other. It’s an accident waiting to happen."

"I paid for the $58 car wash the other day. While the inside of my car looks great, my drivers side door has something spilled down the side. I asked the attendant at the end why it wasn’t cleaned. He got a dry towel, wiped it, and said “sorry it won’t come out”. I emailed Splash with my concerns and did not receive a response. I will not be using them again."

"I wanted my inside windows cleaned after the high heat we have even been having. After the mobile detailing fellow cancelling i didn’t want to cancel my trip to Tennessee this weekend I really need to see out of my windows. So with the rain on the outside and the gunk from the plastic which happens from heat on the inside it was sorely needed. I pulled up to Splash and asked for just a simple inside window and driver side vacuum. They said they have a “package” it is $55.00 well what choice so you have. So, ok they must really do a great job for $55 bucks. They were pretty quick, pleasant and had a nice waiting room. Now this car is my daily driver and I keep it immaculate so I am the only one that ever sits in it the carpets on all the other seats still have the vacuum marks from the last time it was detailed months ago. So. I tip the attendant, get in the car drive out hit Chenal and the windshield is has the dirt where the windshield wipers don’t wipe off the rain, the inside has smudges and wipe marks on both drives and passenger side of the windshield both driver and passenger side windows have smudges and you see where they wiped up and down with what appears to be either dirty or really wet rags. For the $55 “Ultimate Interior” and $10 tip I probably could have given a homeless person on Chenal a rag and bottle of window cleaner and they would have done a better job for 20 bucks. Will I ever go back? You gotta be kidding me! NO!"

"Great staff, they did a gorgeous job on my vehicle. I will be frequently visiting this location. I came in today again an had to edit my review. When I tell you the exemplary levels of customer service at this location. Kyla helped me today and I cannot thank her enough. If you need your car washed come here. I've decided to switch over to getting my oil changed here as well. Because of the amazing customer service. Thank you"
